Pumpkin Spice Nice Cream Shake

With the fall season upon us, it is time for pumpkin everything. This quick, healthy, and almost raw nice cream (banana ice cream) recipe will satisfy your pumpkin spice cravings. TIP: To make nice cream, rather than a shake, let your bananas defrost for 15 minutes before starting, and reduce the almond milk to 1/4 cup.


  • 1 cup banana chunks frozen
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup plant milk unsweetened
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder recommended but not necessary
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medjool dates


  1. Place frozen banana chunks in your bullet blender (or regular blender, or food processor).
  2. Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract (or some fresh vanilla bean) dates, and almond milk.
  3. Blend well.
