Garlic White Bean Dip
This spread comes together in minutes, is versatile, and easily customizable using any spices you have on hand. It can be used in any way that you would use hummus - on bread, as a dip, and you can even cook with it!
- 1 can great northern beans
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 green onion large, stem, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- Add your beans to your blender (or bullet blender).
- Toss in lemon juice, garlic, green onion, and all of your seasonings. Blend well.
